User account management made simple, easy and cost effective!!
SAM or Self-service Account Manager is a Web Application for enabling self registration, provisioning and management of userID and Account Information by end-users themselves. The process of user account registration and activation can however be moderated by the Enterprise Administrator
User data and account information is automatically provisioned into a configurable LDAP directory server or an SQL database server.
User data and account information is automatically provisioned into a configurable LDAP directory server or an SQL database server.
End-users can simply use their desktop web browser to access SAM and self-register securely for a LOA-1 or LOA-2 userID (LOA is the Level of Assurance). Registered user account information is presented to Enterprise Administrator for verification before it is automatically provisioned into the LDAP/SQL server on the backend. End-users can also use SAM to reset their passwords anytime using their desktop browser and email. This drastically reduces IT helpdesk support costs and improves ease of use.
